Call your energy back affirmation

I pull back completely all of my energy

that is attached to other people,

from the tip of my hair to the soles of my feet

nothing remains, not even a little.

I lock myself, and I do not allow

anyone to take my energy in secret,

whether when I am conscious

or when I am asleep.

I draw in all positive energy

from the east to the west

to fully settle in my soul and body,

unable to be stolen

or weakened by others.

I cut all cords/chains that bind

my soul and the souls of others

who are in conflict with my understanding,

both in the past and in the future,

so that my life is whole by my own will,

and their lives are whole by their own will,

without any attachment, outward or inward.
