Your subconscious mind does not know the

difference between truth and fiction. This is why it

is very important to filter the things that you

expose yourself to. The shows you watch, the

music you listen to, the people you look up to

all of these things have an influence over your

subconscious mind and the way it is programmed.

Expose yourself to things that resemble the best

version of yourself

RIGHT AFTER YOU WAKE UP:

Your brain is in a frequency known as theta.

Theta is the brainwave frequency associated

with rapid programming and hypnosis. You

access this state right after you wake up and as

your are falling asleep. These are the best time

to repeat and/or listen to affirmations with the

intent of reprogramming your subconscious

mind for the best results.

REPROGRAM WITH REPETITION

Another secret to reprogramming the subconscious mind is

repetition. The more you do something, the easier it gets, until

you are able to do it without even thinking. 

Example: You take the same route to work every day, because you have made it a habit. At first you had to use the GPS, but now, unless you have consciously taken a different route, the odds are that you have taken the same route for years on end without even thinking twice about it. 

Practice and repetition quite literally

forces your subconscious to develop new behavioral patterns

until you are able to perform them without effort. This is why

already acting in alignment with your new desired traits to the

best of your ability is much more powerful than simply saying

affirmations. Once you start seeing reprogramming as

something you have to constantly practice (just like anything

else) and not as something that will happen magically and

instantaneously, the more you will begin to understand and

see progress on your journey.

Don't speak negatively about yourself, even as a joke. 

Your body doesn't know the difference. 

Words are energy and cast spells, that's why it's called spelling. 

Change the way you speak about yourself and you can change your life.

 What you're not changing, you're also choosing.
