Presence

The thing that people always seem to forget is talent alone doesn't make a star. It's the way it's packaged. And this is proven true time and time again 

It's that thing, that it factor that we can spot so easily with big celebrities

But it's something we so often overlook because we're so small, even though it's just as important for us too. And that is understanding presence and packaging. 

It's not just talent alone. It's charm, charisma, it's presence. So what does this mean for you? Do not neglect presence for skill. Now this isn't to say skills are not important, the same way that they need to be working on their harmonies and choreography, we need to be working on our scripts, and having good lighting, and our editing. 

All good things, but they need to be packaged correctly. Artist undeniably know how to pull you in and to command the stage. So for us, we need to figure out how to pull people in and command the screen.

plot twist: skill + talent are NOT the #1 most important thing to becoming a STAR. it's presence, aura, vibe.

YOUR PRESENCE. YOUR ENERGY MATTERS.

"but i don't wanna be a big artist", but you still need to command SCREEN

presence with your social media video content. 

when you're networking. when you're in that big board meeting.

you HAVE BEEN branding yourself IRL (maybe you just haven't realized), and for better or for worse, our strongest impressions of you won't be on your skill, but on your presence.
